Coloured image on photographic card of a Adams ceiling decoration in RSA House.

This was part of Phase II of the RSA House Appeal. The aim of Phase II was to retore and redecorate the ceilings. The work was commenced in 2003. In addition to the severe cracks on the ceilings, years of previous repair work and redecorated resulted in a startling loss of detail in the plasterwork. By careful cleaning the conservators restored the clarity of the plaster relief work and they also reinstated the original Adam decorative Scheme.
