They are the first notice published by the Society on 19 February 1754 'Plan of the Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce' 1755; William Shipley's message 'To the Public' 15 June 1754; a List of members printed on 1 October 1755; a draft Premium notice; and a manuscript list of Premiums offered by the Society for Encouraging Arts, Manufactures and Commerce 1756.
