An invitation to a private reception in support of the restoration work on the Adam ceilings and a presentation by Professor John Wilton-Ely "Style and Industry: the Adam revolution" on Tuesday 10th December 2002.
The front cover shows detail of lions' heads in the RSA Research Room before and after partial restoration.
The RSA House Appeal aimed to raise over £500,000 to repair restore and redecorate the Adam ceilings and decorative schemes of two rooms within the House and subsequently relocate the Society's library resources to a purpose built space within 8 John Adam Street
