Amber Hiscott worked with Noel Architects on the conversion of the Old Library in Cardiff into a major centre for the visual arts. The £6.2m scheme includes a number of facilities including two galleries for twentieth century art and a children's discovery centre. Artist and architect worked together to identify opportunities for the involvement of other artists and craftspeople during the later stages of the project. The project was completed in 1997.
